1. Digital Delivery
TrackMyLibrary is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. No physical products are shipped. Access to the platform is granted immediately upon successful account creation and subscription activation.
2. Delivery Timeline
Account activation is instantaneous. After payment processing, your library dashboard will be available immediately. An email confirmation with your subscription details will be sent to your registered email address.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.
